Job Description 職責:

• Responsible for restaurant operation, meet and greet customers and provide excellent customer services

          負責管理公司日常營運，招待顧客，提供優秀的顧客服務

• Maintain company guidelines and food standards 

          根據公司指引及食物安全標準，管理及督導前線團隊

• Co-working with Operation Manager to advise and comment on company’s new policies

          與營運經理共同討論及研究公司新策略

• Operations and management of the floor team, including staff training, staff roster, stocks and budget control

          領導和管理前線團隊，包括培訓，員工值勤表，存貨和控制預算

• To motivate your teammates to drive sales with the support by the marketing and promotional activities of the company

          在市場研究隊伍協助下領導團隊推廣公司的新產品

• Suggest promotion and incentive program for frontline employees

          提議晉升及獎勵前線員工

Requirements 入職要求:

• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese  

          良好的中英文溝通技巧

• At least 6 years working experience in F&B industry (Western Restaurants) and at least 1 year managerial experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for assistant manager

           營運經理及餐廳經理要求至少具有10年西餐廳工作經驗及當中最少有3年的管理經驗，經驗較少者              可申請為副經理

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers

          優秀的領導能力和人際關係溝通技巧，主動與客戶和員工互動

• Waiter/Waitress Candidates, experience is not required, fresh graduates and students are welcome

          應徵侍應生者經驗不拘，歡迎應屆畢業生及學生

• Preferably with pre-opening experiences

          有新餐廳開業經驗者優先

Barista (Part Time or Full Time): 全職及兼職咖啡師

Job Description 職責:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good company image

          提供優質的顧客服務及維持商店良好品牌形象

• Preparation and serving of coffee & other quality beverages

          沖調咖啡及其他飲品

• Design innovative coffee menu

          協助研發新飲品

Requirements 入職要求:

• Passionate about coffee and experience in preparation and serving of coffee & other beverages

          對咖啡及沖調飲品有熱誠，具備飲品製作經驗及知識

• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in Barista or Pastry

          一年或以上咖啡或甜品工作經驗

• Preferably with pre-opening experiences

          有新餐廳開業經驗者優先

Bar Manager / Bartender (Part Time or Full Time): 全職及兼職調酒師

Job Description and Responsibilities 職責:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good company image

          提供優質的顧客服務及維持商店良好品牌形象

• preparation of cocktails & other quality alcoholic beverages

          沖調雞尾酒及其他酒精類飲品

• Design innovative cocktail menu and assist brewing our own craft beer

          協助研發雞尾酒餐牌及開發自家品牌手工啤酒

Requirements 入職要求:

• 2 to 3 years related bartending experience, preferably with pre-opening experiences

          2至3年調酒經驗，具有新餐廳開業經驗者優先

• Creative, Passionate about cocktails and experience in preparation of alcoholic beverages

          有創意，對酒類及沖調飲品有熱誠，具備雞尾酒沖調知識

• Preferably with knowledge in Hong Kong Craft beers

          具本地手工啤酒基本智識及經驗

• Good communication skills to internal and external customers

           優秀的人際關係溝通技巧，主動與客戶和員工互動
