Job Description
Senior Network Administrator
Job Duties:
-
Provide daily network operations and maintenance for networking components and equipment
-
Provide internal IT support for HK office users
-
Manage LAN / WAN networks, IP phone system
-
Implement change management for any IT infrastructure changes
-
Monitors, report and troubleshoot network related problem
-
Assist in managing the operations of datacenter
-
Coordinate, manage and liaise with SI vendors
Requirement
-
Higher Diploma or above in IT or related
-
4 years or above network administration / support experience
-
Solid experience on LAN / WAN management and support
-
Experience on computer room, datacenter and DR site management
-
Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GSLB, Cloud service and MPLS / VPN networks
-
General knowledge in Linux, Windows & VMWare perform
-
General knowledge in IT security and common network monitoring tools
System Administrator
Job Duties:
-
Operate and maintain servers and software
-
Review & apply application and system changes
-
Provide IT support for internal users
-
Troubleshoot OS, hardware, storage, software & network problems
-
Monitors application services and reports server related problems
-
Coordinate, manage and liaise with SI vendors
-
Internal system account administration
-
Project documentation for internal & external IT projects
Requirement
-
Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
-
2-5 years system administration / Technical support experience
-
Experience in Linux Systems, Oracle DB, MySQL DB is preferable
-
Experience on VMware , HP/Dell SAN would be an added advantage
-
Familiar with Windows platform system service: AD, DNS, DHCP, CIFS, Anti-virus
-
General knowledge in TCP/IP networking and common server monitoring tools
Technical Support Engineer
Job Duties:
-
Provide ICT helpdesk and support services to internal and external users
-
Perform technical support and training services for local and remote sites
-
Prepare setup, installation and configuration for computer, printer, telecom equipment and network equipment
-
Handle system administration and housekeeping services on ICT resources
-
Responsible for procurement services Assist in backup, security, recovery operations, server and IT room maintenance
Requirement:
-
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Services or equivalent discipline
-
Min. 3 years relevant experience preferably in electronic components industry
-
Familiar with MS Windows environment
-
Must have hands on experience on PC and network trouble-shooting
-
Working experience in China is an advantage
-
Hands on experience on scripting is an advantage
-
Knowledge in logistic system is an advantage
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Helpdesk Support
Responsibilities:
- Perform help desk support and computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, file backup, distribution of reports, etc.
Requirements
- F.5 or above with IT support experience
- 1 year+ working experience in IT support
