Responsibilities

• Support organizational IT strategy through development and execution of project plans, including documentation and preparation.
• Build and maintain IT infrastructure and networks.
• Proactively maintain currency of systems and products (e.g., propose upgrades)
• Handle new project roll-out plans and provide necessary solutions.
• Lead and manage IT support team to meet business needs and requirements.
• Ad-hoc IT related assignments as required.
• Establish and sustain effective Information Technology operations to deliver best quality and timely outcomes for all related issues.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Systems related disciplines.
• 5 years minimum experience with in-house technical support.
• Experience in remote client support (e.g., via phone, internet).
• MCITP / MCTS certifications to demonstrate expertise in Microsoft systems.
• ITIL and Linux related certifications is highly valued.
• Expertise in Windows infrastructure, including Windows Server 2016/2012/2008, Active Directory, file services, Windows 10/8/7.
• Expertise in MySQL and Web Accessibilities requirement.
• Experience and understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Cantonese, English; good in Mandarin.
• Well organized, excellent problem-solving, leadership and management skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Passionate about positively transforming the organization through IT.
