The Role:

• Based in Hong Kong, you will work closely with the Directors, assuming responsibility for existing clients of the Group;
• Like a private office, you will handle and implement the clients’ financial affairs;
• Work closely with the Group’s Trust companies including the company secretarial work for clients;
• Bank accounts opening and deal with different banks' compliance requirements.

The Individual:

• You posses a recognized university degree;
• You are a member of HKICS / ICSA;
• You have at least 15 years’ experience in Company secretarial/Trustee role;
• You have an extensive knowledge in corporate administration and structuring with insight into trusteeship;
• You have experience in dealing with compliance and regulatory matters;
• You have extensive experience in dealing with banks;
• You have a logical thoughts process and ability to think laterally about issues;
• You have a systematic and well organised approach in dealing with tasks;
• You are very attentive to details;
• You are proactive and enjoy working as part of a small team;
• You have excellent communication skills in English;
• You are looking for a long term, client centric role for significant career progression.
