You will be an integral part of the Finance Team with responsibility for the integrity of and reporting of financial data pertaining to the Group. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the billing transactions are recorded properly, accurately and in compliance with all policies and procedure
• Prepare Group monthly flash and actual reporting packages
• Ensure proper and timely job closure; prepare various kinds of project revenue and cost analysis and revenue recognition for management review
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely preparation of management financial information and reports to regional team and business lead
• Provide operation support for the business units

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent, with major in accountancy, and with a recognized professional accounting qualification is preferred
• A minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant work experience with an international accounting firms/sizable firms. 
• In–depth project accounting knowledge is definitely an advantage
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with different stakeholders
• Detail oriented, organized, proactive and able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent skills in Excel and knowledge in computerized environment
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a strong plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
