Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external partners for planning and execution of various marketing campaigns and events
• Prepare Event rundown and floor plan
• Liaise with hotel floor manager
• Handling of phone enrolment, data entry for participant list and associated daily query
• Control, replace, repair and purchase event material
• Arrange and Delivery event materials to event venue and set up
• Training new helpers for event set up and control of AV equipment, AV panel and Viedo camera.

Requirement:

• Assist Event Co-ordinator and liaise with Marketing team
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Event Management
• Hard working, presentable, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded are required
• Experience in AV equipment setup and maintenance, AV panel control, and Video camera control
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Chinese input，MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Able to work in tight schedule and under pressure
• Require to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday
• Immediately report duty are require
