Our client is one of the beauty group in Hong Kong providing hair, nail and clinic services. To cope with business growth, they are now seeking for high calibers to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to formulate successful business and brand strategy to build market leadership    
• Explore new business opportunities by analyzing internal and external data on target consumers and product trends
• Control entire Advertising & Promotion budget, and develop the marketing strategic plan
• Develop and implement effective marketing activities in order to enhance the brand awareness
• Drive and monitor various internal departments to achieve business objectives
• Provide market intelligence to meet customer needs
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
• At least 6 years' solid brand building experience with 3 years in managerial level in Beauty or Lifestyle industry
• Strong market sense with passion for beauty
• Able to exercise judgement, work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills
• Attentive to details, proactive, creative and able to work on multi-tasks, with strong self-motivation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
