Job Responsibilities:

• Teaching English to small groups of children ages from 3 to 16
• Preparing students with the essential basic and critical thinking skills to enable them to progress to the next stage
• Continual follow ups and communicate with the parents on students' learning progress
• Implement the tutoring strategy that has been developed by the Center Manager and follow up students to encourage ongoing engagement and motivate the students to complete their tasks and activities
• Provide support to the Center and attend meetings as required
• Carry out administrative functions as required to support the teaching section
• Manage classroom discipline

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - fresh graduate with previous experience in teaching / learning support would also be considered
• Strong passion in Education and or teaching young children
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to be proactive and show initiative and ability to explain ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Creative, flexible mindset and has a positive attitude
• Commitment and ability to support learning in a children environment and a demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage students
• Outgoing personality, a team player and good communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
