Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Check the reports received from other departments / offices and spot the problem if any
• Control the quality of work and submission time from HK and China subordinates
• Accounts Receivable/Payable control and Inventory control
• Reconcile the inter-com transaction
• Prepare and review accounting entries and prepare accounts for Audit
• Prepare reports for internal Control and external purposes periodically
• Any ad hoc report as requested

Requirements

• Related experience in HK/China reporting and internal control
• Familiar with China operation
• Must be detailed minded, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
• Willing to take responsibility
• 3 years or above experience in accounting or audit field
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Education and Skills

• Diploma or above in accounting or Business Administration (major in Finance/Accounting)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in using accounting software or ERP system, e.g. SAP, MAC
• Forward thinking, good analytical skill, good presentation skills
• Fluent English & Mandarin
