Responsibilities:

•          Carry out daily IT operation tasks including IT helpdesk, server administration, monitoring and reporting
•          Facilitate to troubleshoot problems and provide recovery services
•          Set up computers for new users with required software and network access;
•          Update network applications as required
•          Maintain the backup operation
•          Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the
•          appropriate party, as needed.
•          Conduct technology training for technical team
•          Provide support to IT service team
•          Assist in the development of training coursework and materials
•          Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
•          Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills
•          Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking
•          Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
•          Complete special projects as requested
•          Change Management & CMDB
•          Global Service Desk Maintenance

Key Performance Indicators / Job Requirements

Primary Technical Skills

•          Experience in IT infrastructure & data center management
•          Windows AD, VM Ware, MS SQL and Google Apps systems administration.
•          Sound knowledge of IT network infrastructure
•          Data security measures through backup, BCP and DR planning and implementation.
•          Lead IT hardware and software inventory management.
•          Lead other IT functions in server and desktop consulting projects for our clients
•          Manage and delegate work to the SysAdmin Support team
•          Linux & Unix System Experience

Qualifications

•          Degree in Computer Science / certification or similar qualification.
•          5-6 Years of System Administrator Experience.
•          Strong Scripting on Windows with Linux fundamentals
•          Basic MySQL knowledge

Professional Qualities

•          Strong understanding / experience in Windows & Mac System(s)
•          Good team player but able to work independently with minimum supervision, proactive and able to work under
•          pressure

•          Excellent and up to date technical skills
•          Ability to work independently with good time management
•          Good remote team player skills
•          Good verbal and written communication
•          Ability to maintain professional relationship with Internal & VVIP users.
