• Handles clients’ enquiry 
• Write product help center article
• Responsible for CS hotline and emails enquiries in a professional manner
• Responsible for collecting, handling and following up on customer feedback with related parties
• Support on-site event

Requirements

• 2 years+ customer success experience
• Passion in technology and event industry 
• Conversational in mandarin, Cantonese and english 
• Self motivated with positive attitude 
• Sense of humour highly encouraged 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced in Zendesk
