Responsibilities
- Well understand and know the product
- Understand and gets to know the client
- Takes care of clients’ needs
- Handles clients’ enquiry
- Write product help center article
- Responsible for CS hotline and emails enquiries in a professional manner
- Responsible for collecting, handling and following up on customer feedback with related parties
- Support on-site event
Requirements
- 2 years+ customer success experience
- Passion in technology and event industry
- Conversational in mandarin, Cantonese and english
- Self motivated with positive attitude
- Sense of humour highly encouraged
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in Zendesk
