With multiple strands to the business you will be responsible for generating new leads and bringing qualified new projects. You will be expected to close deals by activating an extensive network of interiors designers and property developers, as well as office managers.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting, meeting with & pitching targeted prospects
• Maintaining a clean database and follow-up board (knowledge of CRM tools is a plus)
• Eagerness for business opportunities and closing deals
• Understanding clients’ expectations & context
• Improving customer retention & satisfaction by close collaboration with project manager and marketing manager
• Experience in supplying goods/services for high-end residential projects, luxury hotels, show houses, offices, etc. is a plus

Requirements:

• Sales-oriented, efficient & outgoing Go-getter
• Proactive & creative in sourcing new customers on any platforms
• Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
• Connections with interior design/ hotel/ developer industry are highly advantageous
• Business level written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus.
