Duties:  

• Perform order management duties 
• Liaise with suppliers for order placement and follow up
• Coordinate with customers and Finance Department for payments 
• Coordinate with 3rd party logistics providers on order processing and shipment of finished products
• Prepare export shipment documents - bill of ladings, invoices, packing list and application of Certificate of Origin from Chamber at the request of the customers. 
• Handle ad hoc assignments

 Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or other related discipline level or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer handling skills. 
• Analytical mind with good organizational and planning skills. 
• Meticulous and able to handle routine data entries accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications, MS Office, ERP System
• Fluent spoken and written English and Putonghua
