Oversee reservations Team and how it performs routine procedures in order to maximise revenue & flights loadiing.  The Reservations Supervisor will work with the Reservations Team to develop future and repeat business opportunities.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Monitor day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department
• Manage telephone, fax and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
• Understand market & seasonal trends and work within them to ensure maximize the flight loading
• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with overseas partners to enhance our services level
• Ensure Team Members are developed effectively, maintain a thorough understanding our products and processes, and generate a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service and selling techniques
• Ensure bookings are well planned, work close with ground handlers, airlines partners for smooth operation handling
• Assist in the daily/ Monthly reports for management & principles

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, 2-3 years or above experience in GSA or Airlines reservation
• Good interpersonal skills, outgoing and hard working
• Good English and Mandarin and computer skill
• Willing to work overtime

Our office at Kwun Tong, and offer 5.5 days work with bank holidays
