Harrison Assessment is leading assessment service provider to multinational Clients.  We are now expanding our sales team and seeking a highly ambitious Sales Personnel - Solution Consultant to provide sales and logistical support to the business development team.

You will serve as a key conduit between the company’s consultant and business development teams, and act as the main Client service interface on assigned accounts.

Key Tasks:

• Support the Sales Team in sales related activities including presentations, proposals, responding to queries and market intelligence
• Support the Consulting Team in delivering projects in the areas of consulting including Competency Assessment, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Assessment Centre, etc.
• Support in the design, development, planning, project management and delivery of consulting solutions to clients.
• Support the team in marketing activities including forums, client talk sessions, conferences and etc.
• Provide project related support including analysis, documentation, coordination and billing

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, HR and Psychology majors would be added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Development Assessment, Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition
• Experience in HR Consultancy or Assessment would be added advantage
• Experience in designing and managing projects would be added advantage
• Proven experience in engaging and presenting to Senior Management or Corporate Leaders
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong analytical skills
