Primary function of the Production and Logistics Specialistis to support in the coordination and management of inbound and outbound shipment logistics and documentation pertaining to international customer requests. This will include taking a proactive role working directly with our manufacturers, customs brokers, transport vendors, and 3PL warehouse receiving team, while managing data entry, tracking, and internal/external communication.  Position reports directly to Director, and indirectly to US Traffic Department.

• -Assist Traffic management in performing daily activities maintaining file records,  gather accurate information in order to prepare “value add” reports, and resolve  vendor documentation issues. This will include data entry, tracking, and  understanding the management system.
• -Monitor vendor production work-in-process reports, and partner with vendors and  Production Planning Department to ensure purchase order “goods ready” dates are  accurate and updated.
• -Coordinate timely handover of shipment documentation for International Customer  shipments.
• -Resolve production and logistics issues as they arise.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

- Requires in relevant Diploma or equivalent of college graduated
- Requires 2-3 years of experience in logistic and shipping related area
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus and adapt   to a variety of challenges.

- Math, reading, and voice comprehension is a must.
- Effective written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills in a customer service environment. Must   be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relations and have excellent customer manner.

- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word, Excel, shipping        management software.
- Skilled in the implementation of efficient Traffic activities and daily operations and managing priorities
 effective team working skills.

Language Requirements:

- Mandarin/English

System Knowledge:

Preferred in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SAP, WMS/Logistics Programs

Remark : 

Station in HK, require to travel China as business needs.
