Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Develop strategic/tactical supply chain management initiatives to support client and customer solutions
• Establish procurement guidelines and policies on inventory holding against order fulfillment
• Lead and direct inventory management system to ensure order fulfillment to customers with the freshest stock possible
• Assign and allocate dedicated resources to monitor and resolve supply chain inefficiencies to meet contractual terms and conditions 
• Recommend and lead supply chain initiatives/programs to optimize supply chain performance
• Lead and direct supply chain reporting and analyses to facilitate management decision-making
• Lead the team to coordinate and work with QA for Distribution Centre fully compliance to ISO, DoH requirements, Client/SGS Audit, and other regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients and customers
• Responsible for security, safety, housekeeping and sanitation in the assigned area
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Business Development, etc.) to develop existing and new business
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Supply Chain Management

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Supply Chain/Logistics Management
• At least 15 Years working experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, pervious DC operations experience is required
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution center operations is preferable
• Good knowledge in SAP and strong in WMS logic
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
