Job Description:

- Provide clerical support to the shipping & accounting

- Data entry

- Trade declaration

- Filing

Job Requirements:

- F. 5 or above

- 3 year of working experience

- Familiar with PC skills

- Well organized in I/E shipping documents and prepare DO to transportation company

- Request quotation from shipping company

- Prepare accounting documents, eg. contract, invoice, debit note and credit note

- Good interpersonal skills & self-motivated

- Immediate available is preferred
