Your Tasks

• Handle sales enquiry on material status and delivery schedule for quotations and open orders

• Handle order change requests

• Create Purchase orders and ensure the best confirmation dates

• Execute PO alignment according to global disposition rule

• Monitor on time delivery from suppliers

• Co-ordinate product quality complaint, return shipments and follow-up settlement with suppliers

• Exception handling, bottleneck control and escalation management

• Regular check and act on alerting reports

• Inventory optimization by redistribtion of stock between local plants and worldwide

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for performance monitoring

Your Profile

• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and positive attitude

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem solving skills

• Computer literate and proficiency in ERP system

• Good written and oral English and Putonghua

• Immediate available
