We are an American family, living in Pokfulam, looking for a caring and skilled English speaking ABA direct hire professional for a 3-4 month assignment providing full time ABA therapy for our three year old boy with global development delay, speech delay and sensory processing issues. The objective will be to work on skills that will assist in his integration into a mainstream education environment. 

The ABA therapy will be conducted in a home environment with frequent outings.

Currently our child attends the Child Development Center CDC) and a recent developmental assessment can be provided to qualified candidates.  The CDC has suggested our son would benefit from ABA.

We already employ two helpers to assist with childcare duties so this is not a child care job.  This is a job for a full time ABA professional whose time will be spent on implementing a rigorous ABA program as well as providing training in ABA techniques to the child's parents and care givers.

Less qualified ABA professionals, or recent graduates, may be considered if they can work under the supervision of a more experienced ABA professional.

We will directly pay an attractive salary to a qualified ABA professional and will not currently entertain offers from companies providing ABA services.
