Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the project
• Promote the project and recruit schools to participate the project
• Coordinate with participating schools and partner organizations for project consideration
• Assist in the documentation and dissemination of the project experience
• Take part in delivery of teacher training for the participating schools
• Provide administration and logistics support to the project

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
• Experience in designing and implementing interactive/experiential education activities on social issues for upper primary school student
• Understanding of the formal education system
• Knowledge in poverty and development issues. Prior knowledge in drama-in-education and community exploration is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
