Job Duties

• Responsible for the daily communication and job coordination among office team, warehouse team, trucking team, clients and vendors on operating issues.
• Ensure the costs are correctly booked, and invoices and related supporting documents are timely issued to clients.
• Handle clients' and vendors inquiries.
• Handle inbound and outbound vendors registration process and related documents.
• Handle Import / Export declaration.
• Update inventory records and issue inventory reports.
• Ensure cost information and related receipts are timely collected from drivers.
• Support in warehouse administration issues.
• Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• F.5 or above in logistics or supply chain management preferable.
• 1-2 years or above relevant experience in logistics field.
• Familiar with import or export whole set documents and procedures.
• Good command of written and spoken English is highly required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel.
• Proactive, hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Immediate available is preferred.
