Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts, perform routine accounting duties from daily accounting transactions including AR and AP, data entry, filing;
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, sales reports;
  • Handle pay-roll independently;
  • Handle daily treasury duties;
  • Prepare accounting documents such as sales contracts, purchase orders, invoices, debit notes and credit notes by ERP system;
  • Maintain inventory and warehouse records at sales points;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned when necessary

 Requirements:

  • LCCI 3rd level or diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in EXCEL
  • Responsible, well-organized, able to work independently, pro-active and attentive to details
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
