Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of books and preparation of financial reports;
• Prepare financial statements and weekly cash reports;
• Handle daily treasury and company secretarial function;
• Liaise with auditors and tax representatives on overseas audit and tax issues ;
• Provide secretarial support to Chairman;
• Travel with Chairman is required; 
  
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements : 

• Degree holder in Accountancy and preferably with a professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting/audit experience;
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and proficiency in MS Excel;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities;
• Immediately available is preferred.
