Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist monthly attendance calculation計算每月員工出勤
  • Maintain and update attendance records, staff records and filing systems 跟進員工之出勤紀錄及資料更新
  • Assist to provide general office administrative and clerical support 一般人事部工作
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review 定時作出員工表現報告給管理層
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments需要時執行行政上分配
  • Alternative week, bank holidays 五天半工作及銀行假期
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is preferable能即時上班可優先考慮

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above 中五以上程度
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in catering HR field最少2年相關餐飲會計工作經驗
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin良好中英文電腦操作(包括中文輸入及電腦軟件)
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances熟悉香港僱傭條例及其他人力資源相關規例/
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing良好中英文電腦操作(包括中文輸入及電腦軟件)
  • Well organized and strong communication組織良好陳及溝通能力強
