We're on the hunt for a savvy HR professional to join our team that looks after the well-being of our most important asset - the 300+ people that work for our business in Hong Kong. Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to perform a full spectrum of HR and Talent Management functions
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Responsible for staff on boarding and associated logistics including orientation, system set up and work visa arrangements
• Handle employees’ benefits administration including medical, pension and leave management
• Manage ad hoc projects when required

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human resources Management or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in sizable MNCs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and enjoy working in fast pace environment and with different stakeholders
• Immediate available preferred
