Senior HR Officer / HR Officer

Responsibilites:

• Work closely with HR manager and hiring managers to perform full spectrum of in-house HR functions including recruitment
• Responsible for formulating recruitment strategies, channeling sources, pre-screening, interviewing and recommending qualified profiles
• A productive and efficient communicator who is mentally skillful in handling offer negotiation and achieve a successful closing in reasonable time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above
• min 2-3 years relevant experience
• Well versed with Employment Ordinance
• Resourceful and helpful in advising users on candidate search directions and manage their expectations
• Good communication
• Fluent in English and Chinese
