Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Executive Director
• Review HR Policies & procedures to ensure they are in compliance with current legislations
• Provide strategic advice to Department Heads on HR issues
• Develop strategic hiring plan with Department heads to optimize manpower resources
• Develop C&B strategic plan to be in line with market, and maintain a balance of cost & staff retention
• Lead for Training functions such as staff developments, training needs, etc.
• Lead for administration functions such as facilities management, contract renewal, etc.
• Assist in regional HR projects 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience in MNC or sizable organization which 3 years in managerial role
• Demonstrated strong leadership, decision-making skills, well organized and detail minded
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving ability and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
