Job Duties

• To assist managing the inventory level
• To assist preparing and placing purchase orders
• To handle/coordinate goods importation
• To handle HR/ benefit packaging matters
• To assist sales team’s administrative matters
• To arrange overseas travels for manager
• To handle proper filing of important documents
• To manage/coordinate office environment maintenance
• To assist in preparation of meeting agenda and minutes
• To support all other operations such as telephone handlings and data management
• To organize internal & external meetings and other logistics

Job Requirements:

• Education:
• Degree holder or above is preferable but not a must
• Experience:
• At least 3 years’ experience

•        Competencies:

• Must have good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese/Chinese.
• Must have good command of MS office (word, excel, power point, outlook)
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in an integrated approach
• Able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure with good time-management skills and process control 
• Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Can-do attitude with strong problem solving skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
