Job Description
Job Duties
- To assist managing the inventory level
- To assist preparing and placing purchase orders
- To handle/coordinate goods importation
- To handle HR/ benefit packaging matters
- To assist sales team’s administrative matters
- To arrange overseas travels for manager
- To handle proper filing of important documents
- To manage/coordinate office environment maintenance
- To assist in preparation of meeting agenda and minutes
- To support all other operations such as telephone handlings and data management
- To organize internal & external meetings and other logistics
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Degree holder or above is preferable but not a must
- Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Competencies:
- Must have good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese/Chinese.
- Must have good command of MS office (word, excel, power point, outlook)
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in an integrated approach
- Able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure with good time-management skills and process control
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Can-do attitude with strong problem solving skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred

- You will report to Head of Operation
