Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate NAV calculations checking and investment compliance monitoring.
• Ensure delivery of accurate and timely internal reports.
• Handle subscription / redemption, distribution enquiries and instruction.
• Provide operation support to other functions such as reconciliation, corporate actions and data management.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily operations related.
• Liaise with external auditors for auditing of the financial statements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in fund administration or fund accounting and operation experiences.
• Assure adherence to internal and external risk control policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirement.
• Good knowledge in different fund products’ administration and accounting control.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent in MS Excel, Power Point and/or MS Access.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills, quick learner and good team player.
