Job Description:

1. Collecting financial data using on-line and other sources
2. Coordinating and maintaining databases of relevant sector information
3. Listening to and summarizing investment conference calls
4. Assisting team with overall coverage of real estate stocks
5. Building and maintaining models on stocks under coverage
6. Responding to client requests timely and accurately
7. Over time, drafting research reports on companies and sector
8. Formatting and performing desktop publishing tasks to produce research documents such as translation, research daily report, sector reports, investment recommendation, IPO reports, yearly outlooks etc.

Job Requirement:

1. Has good written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin

2. Degree holder in Finance related disciplines

3. Has accounting/auditing background, with 3-4 years' working experience

4. Analytical skills and an interest in learning about the equity research process

5. Strong computer knowledge & familiar with Microsoft Office

6. Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and dedication as a team player

7. Some basic consumer sector related experience or knowledge
