Duties:

• Report to Finance Manager.
• Co-ordinate with banks, give advice to business colleagues, mainly involve in handling shipping documents, LC or non LC (D/P, D/A), inward and outward remittance, funding, bank relationship and all relevant administration duties. Job rotation will be required.
• Power-point presentation to convey advises and information internally.
• Responsible for issuing outstanding daily and monthly reports and daily voucher issued related.
• Accounting transactions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• 10 years working experience, preferable in Bills Department (Import and Export Bills) of banks.
• Experience in checking shipping documents is required.
• Good knowledge in UCP600 and in trade finance documents (L/C, D/P, D/A), CDCS certificate prefer but not a must.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, good communication and eager to develop career in trade finance business.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
• Good PC skills (MS Word and Excel).
• Japanese Language is an advantage but not a must.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Less experience will be considered for the position of Officer.
