Job Description
Fully responsible of membership sales to reach weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets for memberships sales. To fulfill this responsibility, the Membership Executive mustmarkets the value of memberships to members and potential members;identifies and implements means to increase memberships sales and value to the Health Club and its members.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly membership sales.
- Using internal and external analysis to develop an objectives-oriented strategic plan for membership recruitment and retention
- Develops and implements targeted membership recruitment campaigns and other tactics to achieve membership growth
- Members and Internal Body Support.
- Engages personally with members, including self-organized regional and sector groups, to link them to the network and services to the Health Club.
- Develops marketing-oriented messaging about Health Club products, promotions, etc. to current and potential members.
Experiences and skills required
- 2+ years related working experience preferred.
- Hold an Internationally recognized qualification.
- Passion for health and fitness with exceptional inter-personal skills
- Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
