Responsibilities: 

1. Identify and resolve the coordination problems on site ;
2. Assist the M&E consultant in perusal of the M&E contractor’s submission on all related matters;
3. Carry out the M&E inspections;
4. Attend the site meetings ;
5. Prepare the site monitoring report ;
6. Report to the project team’s concerning the programme and progress.
