Duties  :

• Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities
• Complete and mail bills, invoices or cheques
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
• Co-operate with Finance Department
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements  :

• Form 5 standard
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Proficiency in computer skill
• Good in English and can speak Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferably
