Job Descriptions

1. Handle daily accounting operation including book-keeping, AR and AP
2. Reconcile and financial management of aged debts
3. Prepare weekly update on progress made on specific accounts for credit control purposes
4. Prepare audit document and liaise with auditors
5. Handle full set of accounting & cash management, billing & payment settlements and bank related documents & transactions
6. Work with IT system on billing and settlements and integration with the accounting system
7. Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting field
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and MYOB Accounting System
4. Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
5. Honest, independent and strong sense of responsibility
6. Self-motivated team player with good inter-personal skills
7. Proficiency in English and Cantonese
8. Less experience candidate will consider as Assistant Account Officer
