DUTIES

• Serving food and drinks in restaurant and guest rooms to ensure an excellent dining experience for our guest
• Ensure that colleague applies the necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards
• Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition

 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in restaurant operation, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Customer oriented; polite and well mannered
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• With formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
• Energetic, active and a bubbly personality
