The Job

• Support the business to monitoring the on-time delivery of services globally
• Support the business to handle task defined as query for global clients
• Assist global team for selected client specific task(s) 
• Handle departmental administration duties
• Ownership of your own training plan to continuously improve knowledge in the role and take responsibility for projects/objectives and delivery up to expectation

The Person

• Diploma holder in any disciplines
  
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Self motivated, well-organized, independent, detail-minded and process oriented
• Collaborative skills to work together
• Strong sense of responsibility and work efficiency and responsiveness
• Positive work attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (esp. Excel) and ability to learn variety of internet based platforms
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
