Job Duties:

• Handle full set of import documents (e.g. L/C, D/P, D/A, T/T)
• Communicate and Liaise with forwarder / logistic company / warehouse
• Handle order processing and shipment schedule
• Handle import and export customs declaration by using Tradelink
• Apply import permit from Government (FEHD) / Trade and Industry Dept.
• Data Entry by using the company system

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business Logistics Management 
• 1 year relevant experience preferable
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

• 5 Working Days
