Job Description

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school education.
  • Post graduate course in Customer Service/Secretarial skills preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service orientated position is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an asset.
  • Conversant with English & Chinese PC skill.
  • Ability to perform typing (at least 25 wpm).
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal, communication and patient handling skills.
  • Demonstrates independent problem solving skills.
  • Duty on Sunday 9 am – 6 pm full day and week day evenings 4 pm – 7:30 pm
