- Preparing invoices for customers and following up on payments
- Perform data entry, document filing and record keeping
- Monitor daily transactions and delivery of goods
- Handle banking issues, banking errands
- Daily accounting operation (Prepare cheque payment and vouchers, process accounting entries)
- Coordinating with warehouse, forwarders, delivery personnel for daily logistics arrangements
- Liasing with sales staff and customers
- Maintaining office operations
- Stock control
- Provide general support and assist in other ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge in using MS Office and MYOB
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Accounting knowledge
