Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle procurement ordering, order follow up, delivery arrangement, good receiving and inventory control;
  • Input of purchase orders and delivery notes;
  • Maintain inventory records;
  • Outdoor working is required
  • Participate in ERP system for data update
  • Assist in ad hoc duties when required


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • 2- 3 years working experience in purchasing related IT industry is preferred
  • Independent, wiling to learn, detailed-oriented person
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good in MS application
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
