Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience with LAN/WAN, VLAN’s, Firewalls, VPN, Citrix, VMWare/Hyper-V Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server Administration (2003/2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2), Network Performance Tuning, Network Design and Implementation, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning is required
• Knowledge in SAN & NetBackup is preferred
• MCSA or MCSE, Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), VCP 5.0 is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor and manage the infrastructure, resolving and conducting root cause analysis, problem resolution and producing incident reports
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, as required
• Undertake regular compliance audits of IT operations and infrastructure
• Execute monthly maintenance on environment
• Responsible for deploying and the management of our Citrix environment
• Ensure the high availability of the production environment.
• Assist in the development and testing and support of the Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Implement and support projects including updating project plans/managers.
• Proactively manage alerts and escalations to closure
• Participate in support calls as needed
• Perform day to day supports for IT, and all systems network in production and pre-production environments
