Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle bank merchant client calls and take follow-up actions;
- Answer and follow up prospective merchants inquiries;
- Conduct outbound sales related call;
- Conduct merchant due diligence checking.
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above with at least 1 year customer service experience in sales or customer service field;
- Strong customer service quality mindset and excellent telephone manner;
- Good customer service and problem solving skill;
- Familiar with banking products/market knowledge is preferred;
- Dedicated and team spirit;
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
