Job Description
Candidates will be working with a team of other senior and junior developers, ux designer and product manager to work on a fast growing online training platform for the food & beverage industry.The product is exciting and the target market is upbeat, passionate and lively. Work week is 5 days. Potential stock options will be offered to high performers.
This job includes high growth opportunities. The team is small and agile, therefore you will be responsible for many aspects of the application, instead of just being a cog in a small part of a large corporation. Everything you do will have a big impact on the direction of the company.
The developer will be helping out with implementing features for our web based training platform, with a variety of exciting and challenging features that are of different nature down the pipeline, from gamification to big data analysis. Developers with experience in Ruby on Rails are preferred, although those without will be considered as well. Experience in mobile development will be a plus, as we will be developing mobile applications down the pipeline.
Developers with less experience will be considered for a Junior Developer role.

Team & Work Environment
Our team is based in Singapore and Hong Kong. The Hong Kong office houses the development team, and is located near Diamond Hill Station. You will be working with a talented team of several senior and junior developers, ux designer and product manager. Our company is small but agile and fast moving with a loaded product pipeline. The work environment is casual and we encourage suggestions and ideas. As you will be one of the early employees of the company, we offer high growth opportunities and also potential stock options for good performers.
