Responsibilities: 

•  Respond promptly to customer inquiries
•  Handle and resolve customer complaints over the phone 
•  Communicate with complainants to resolve the complaint properly so as to minimize  the reputation  risk of the company
•  Identify customer needs and give appropriate feedback

Requirements: 

• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Sales driven, outgoing and able to work under pressure
• Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Willing to work on weekends & flexible hours
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply 
• Preferably with HKSI / IIQE license
