Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints over the phone
- Communicate with complainants to resolve the complaint properly so as to minimize the reputation risk of the company
- Identify customer needs and give appropriate feedback
Requirements:
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Sales driven, outgoing and able to work under pressure
- Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Willing to work on weekends & flexible hours
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Preferably with HKSI / IIQE license
