Our client, an international luxury fashion brand, is now looking for an Assistant E-commerce Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Assist in launching B2C Ecommerce websites in HK and China
• Work with vendors to ensure the company's website is user friendly, well-maintained and constantly updated with the latest technology
• Involve to develop strategies to increase traffic to the website, such as utilizing social media channels, search engine optimization and blogging.
• Conduct market research and leverage big data analytics
• Responsible for daily operation, marketing, drive online revenue and suggest promotion campaign
• Manage the merchandise; pre-sales and after sales customer services, order fulfillment and logistics management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, E-commerce or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations in premium FMCG or retail industry
• Possess project management experience
• Organised, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
