Qualification and Working Experience

• A Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or technical institute or equivalent
• 2 years’ relevant experience in building construction or building maintenance field;
• Able to speak Cantonese and English and write Chinese and English at a standards equivalent to Form III Level

Contract Period - (12 to 14 months)

• 6 days work per week on site at residential properties
• Salary range in HK$ 19160 to HK$28140
• Contract Period ( 12 to 14 months )
• No increment and contract end gratuity
