Responsibilities:

lPerform Project Management functions for consultancy contracts and/ or property management contracts 

lSupervise contractors’ works 

lAttend meetings organized by clients

Requirements:

lHigher Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent

lMinimum 3 years relevant experience preferably gained in construction site, consultancy firm or property management company

lPossession of E&M knowledge and experience is an advantage
