Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts, communications and conflict resolution
• Discover customer’s business needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Coordinate and keep track with all activities occurring for each account
• Prepare regular client’s reports and attend client’s meetings
• Analyze, predicate and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
• Develop plans to target new customers
• Develop channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets
• Retain existing customers
• Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent customer relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline

Requirements:

• University Degree or overseas study is an advantage
• At least 5 years’ merchandising experience. Process experience in baby wear apparel is preferable.
• Have factory experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, outgoing personality, good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel to PRC or overseas when required
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
• Less experience can be considered as Assistant Merchandiser Manager
